CallMap connects Bitrix24 CRM telephony with CallMap so teams can initiate calls from Bitrix24 contacts, route the call to the responsible user's registered CallMap mobile device, and synchronize the completed call back into Bitrix24 CRM.

Main capabilities:
- Installs through Bitrix24 OAuth and stores the linked Bitrix24 account for the customer's CallMap company.
- Registers the CallMap external telephony line in Bitrix24.
- Binds Bitrix24 telephony events for outbound calls and CRM contact updates.
- Synchronizes Bitrix24 users into CallMap so calls are routed to the correct company user.
- Sends call result data back to Bitrix24, including call status, duration, contact link, recording link or recording attachment when supported, transcript, summary, and call intention wh ere available.
- Keeps CRM call notes attached to the relevant Bitrix24 contact or call activity.

Kurulum talimatları

Installation and configuration steps:

1. Install CallMap from Bitrix24 Market.
2. During installation, Bitrix24 opens the CallMap installation endpoint and sends OAuth authorization data to CallMap.
3. CallMap stores the Bitrix24 account domain, OAuth tokens, member ID, REST endpoints, and granted scopes for the connected company.
4. CallMap completes Bitrix24 installation with the Bitrix24 installer API and redirects the user to the CallMap Bitrix24 login/setup screen.
5. In CallMap, the company administrator confirms the Bitrix24 account connection.
6. The administrator opens Bitrix settings and verifies:
- Bitrix24 account domain
- application client ID
- application client secret
- installation URL
- handler/auth URL
- telephony event URL
7. The administrator clicks Sync Users so CallMap imports Bitrix24 users and maps them to CallMap users. This is required so a Bitrix24 call can be routed to the correct responsible user/device.
8. The administrator clicks Bind Telephony. CallMap registers the external telephony line and binds the required Bitrix24 events.
9. The administrator verifies telephony diagnostics, available outgoing lines, active outgoing line, and registered event handlers.
10. For outbound calls, a Bitrix24 user starts a call from a CRM contact. Bitrix24 sends the call event to CallMap. CallMap checks the responsible-user/contact mapping, sends a dial request to the user's registered device, and later syncs the completed call back to Bitrix24.
11. For local CallMap calls, CallMap can register and finish the call in Bitrix24, attach a recording when Bitrix24 accepts the file type, and update the Bitrix24 call activity or contact timeline with call details.
