The Sonax VOIP telephony integration application with Bitrix24 has some important features:

• Does not require hiring the Bitrix24 SIP Connector
  
• Dialling can be initiated in the Bitrix24 interface, including with the call screen for adding comments
  
• Automatic creation of a Contact or LEAD CARD form if a call is made to a new number
  
• For existing records (LEADS/Contacts), the record will be made in the CARD for historical purposes
  
• Uses the local microsip/softphone of your telephony partner, thus ensuring speed and quality in calls made
  
• Call data and audio integrated into the CARD in Bitrix24
  
• Quick configuration and release for use
  
• All call records are normally computed in the Bitrix24 telephony reports for statistical purposes
