Wazzup es una excelente opción para integrar rápidamente el CRM con canales de comunicación como Whatsapp, Instagram y Telegram. Su costo beneficio es bueno y el soporte apoya de manera efectiva.
Recomiendo usarlo para la operación del negocio. Sin embargo, sí hay opciones o funcionalidades que deberían ser agregadas o mejoradas en cuestión de auotmatizaciones, webhooks y opciones que permitan envíos masivos controlados.

Posiblemente la mejor opción para envio de whatsapps con Bitrix24. Va más allá de una simple integración de actualización de mensajes entre las dos aplicaciones. Wazzup permite comunicar a través de los canales abiertos, esto es distintos usuarios asociados al cliente pueden comunicar con una misma línea. También permite llamadas desde las automatizaciones y procesos de negocio en Negociaciones y Prospectos. Tristemente por el lado negativo todavía falta desarrollar esta funcionalidad en los procesos inteligentes SPA.

Wazzup - отличное приложение, хорошо настроено с Битрикс, отлажена работа с сообщениями, все работает как надо. Интерфейс личного кабинета Wazzup сделан очень по уму, то есть можно разобраться практически без поддержки что и как работает, как пополнять счет, тарифы, подключение номеров, можно справиться самостоятельно потому что очень наитивно все разработано, для бизнеса. Техническая поддержка вообще супер, ребята отвечают быстро и главное понятно, все качественно сделано так как бы пользователь был сам владелец, рекомендую всем!

Sin embargo, la mayor fortaleza la encuentro en su servicio de soporte técnico, hablo desde México y me responden en español como si fueran mis vecinos expertos.
Tengo experiencia de muchos años trabajando muchas herramientas CRM y es la primera vez que recibo este nivel profesional de atención.
Muchas gracias y esto me da mucha confianza para recomendarla a mis clientes.
