This integration brings WhatsApp into Bitrix24 CRM with zero per-user pricing and unmatched performance. You can continue using your personal phone alongside, with all messages instantly synced to Bitrix24 dialogs.

- Install the Application
- Go to the Bitrix24 Market and click “Install” to add the WappChat integration to your Bitrix24 account. - Access the Application Settings
- Once installed, go to the "WappChat Settings" tab inside Bitrix24. You can also access it from the left-side menu or top panel depending on your Bitrix24 layout. - Connect Your WhatsApp Device
- Click “Add WhatsApp Number”.
- A QR code will appear. Open WhatsApp on your phone → Go to Settings > Linked Devices → Scan the QR code.
- Wait a few seconds for the connection to complete. - Sel ect Bitrix24 User for Queue Management
- Choose the Bitrix24 user who will handle the WhatsApp chats. This person will be the default responsible user unless assigned differently. - Set Channel Configuration
- You can define queues, assign tags, or set different departments (e.g., Support, Sales).
- If you have multiple WhatsApp numbers, assign them to different departments or purposes. - Optional Settings
- Prevent Dialog Creation for Private Messages: If the connected phone is used both for personal and business messages, activate this setting to stop Bitrix24 dialogs fr om being created for non-business chats.
- Allow Group Chats: (Beta Feature) Enable this to receive and respond to group WhatsApp messages inside Bitrix24. - Start Chatting
- Incoming messages will automatically appear in the Bitrix24 chat interface.
- Old conversations are recognized, and the same user will continue the thread.
- A new dialog is created only for new contacts or numbers. - Tracking & Notifications
- When a returning customer writes again, the system automatically notifies the previous agent.
