How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market and complete setup in Zapier; the connector has Private status and requires a personal invitation. It provides actions only (no triggers), including Create message for notifications and Create blogpost for Feed posts; Feed posts go to all users and recipients cannot be selected. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only; free plan users can test during the trial and then upgrade.

• We need to notify a specific user from another app. Can we do that?
  

Yes. Use the Create message action to send a notification to a specific user.

• We want Feed posts to go only to some users. Is that possible?
  

No. Feed posts are published to all users and recipients cannot be specified.

• We want Bitrix24 events to trigger Zaps. Are triggers available?
  

No. Zapier for Communications currently has actions only and no triggers.

• We can’t find the connector in Zapier. What do we need?
