Why us:
The app was developed by the InformUnity team, which has specialized in Asterisk and Bitrix24 since 2017.

Statistics is just one click away: you can quickly find the main data such as number of calls, wait time, call duration and other data for further analysis.
Flexible rights management: you can create roles (e.g. Admin, Supervisor, Agent) and set access rights for each one so they have access only to the necessary tools.

How it works
The app gets information from Bitrix24 and Asterisk about its users, queues, active calls, etc. And puts it on a live dashboard of the app.

At the moment, you can purchase the app for 3, 6, and 12 months.
We accept payments made via bank card and bank transfer. Closing documents are available upon request for payments starting from €279.
