Knowledgebase24 LMS turns Bitrix24 into one workspace for trusted company knowledge and employee learning. Create a searchable knowledge base, reuse approved articles in structured courses, assign training to employees or departments, assess knowledge, and track results without requiring users to manage another login.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

Organize content into knowledge spaces and folders. Authors can create rich articles, save drafts, publish immutable revisions, review revision history, restore earlier content, archive outdated materials, add approved private attachments, and search published knowledge. Selected content can also be shared outside Bitrix24 through controlled public snapshots that can be revoked, password-protected, or configured to expire.

COURSES AND LEARNING PATHS

Build courses fr om ordered sections and combine reusable articles, rich content, files, external links, approved video providers, assignments, discussions, surveys, attendance activities, and quizzes. Configure prerequisites, availability dates, completion rules, attempt limits, feedback, passing scores, and sequential or free navigation. Preview the learner experience before publishing an immutable course release.

QUIZZES AND ASSESSMENTS

Maintain a reusable question bank with 14 supported question types. Configure time limits, attempts, randomized questions and answers, passing scores, feedback visibility, automatic scoring, and manual grading wh ere required. Instructors can review submissions and manage grades from a central workflow.

ASSIGNMENTS AND DELIVERY

Assign published course releases to individual employees, Bitrix24 departments, or all active employees. Add due dates and use dynamic department membership when new matching employees should be enrolled automatically. Learners receive notifications, see assigned courses in one place, follow prerequisite-based learning paths, submit work, and monitor their own progress.

REPORTS AND CONTROL

Administrators and instructors can monitor assignments, completion, overdue learning, scores, attempts, question performance, manual grading, attendance, surveys, discussions, and learner activity. Filter reports by course, release, learner, department, status, score, and period. Export permitted reports to CSV or XLSX.

BITRIX24 INTEGRATION AND ACCESS

The application opens inside Bitrix24 and uses the current Bitrix24 user identity. It synchronizes the employee directory and department structure, supports Administrator, Instructor, and Learner roles, and sends in-product notifications. Server-side permissions and tenant isolation protect each Bitrix24's content and learning records.

Knowledgebase24 LMS is designed for employee onboarding, compliance and policy training, product education, standard operating procedures, continuous professional development, and internal knowledge sharing.

PRICING AND TOKENS

New Bitrix24 accounts receive a welcome bonus of 15,000 Credits/tokens. Additional Credits can be purchased at the current rate of USD 1 for 1,000 Credits. Administrators can either buy Credits manually when needed or attach a payment card, set the minimum balance threshold, and choose how many Credits should be purchased automatically when the balance falls below that threshold.

Credits are deducted only for billable workspace usage. Active Administrator, Instructor, and Learner role time costs 480 Credits per user for a full tenant-local day and is prorated by actual role duration. Users with the Not active role are free. Completed file storage up to 8 GiB per tenant is included. Completed storage above 8 GiB is billed monthly at 15,000 base Credits plus 1,500 Credits for each started GiB above 8 GiB. Incomplete upload reservations are not billed. For example, 10 GiB of completed storage costs 18,000 Credits for that monthly storage snapshot.
