Configure your Chatbot is easy:
- Add the app from Bitrix24.Market
- Go to Chathub
- Create a Chatbot
- Go to Settings
- Go to Bitrix24 tab
- Enable the Bitrix24 Toogle
- Click Save
- Copy the Bot ID that is displayed there
- Paste the Bot ID in the Bitrix24 Chathub App
- Now all you have to do is to create a dialog in Chathub and connect your bot to the contact center in Bitrix24
- The Chatbot is ready to answer your client's queries 24/7
